Value Formula
Variant Sum = Ripening Multiplier + Color Variant Bonus (additive within category). Example: Gold (5) + Lush (3) = 8× Variant Sum.
🌱 Ripening Variants
Multiplicative multipliers gained by waiting online after a plant matures. Stack with color variants.
Unripe
ripening variant
Immediately after maturity — no extra online time needed
Default state immediately after a plant finishes growing. Baseline 1× value — every plant starts here.
Ripened
ripening variant
2.4× base grow time — online only
2× value multiplier. First major milestone — requires 2.4× the base grow time online after maturity.
Lush
ripening variant
7.2× base grow time — online only
3× value multiplier — the pinnacle of ripening and the most important lever in Garden Horizons' economy.
🎨 Color Variants
Rare random bonuses that add on top of your ripening multiplier. Cannot be forced — pure luck.
Silver
color variant
Rare random color variant. Adds +2× to variant sum (additive). Silver + Lush = 3+2 = 5× total.
Gold
color variant
Very rare random color variant. Adds +5× to variant sum. Gold + Lush = 3+5 = 8× total variant multiplier.
Rainbow
color variant
Legendary color variant. Multiplier and exact rarity not yet officially confirmed — expected to exceed Gold.
